Until recently the estate was used for Rural Tourism and was registered as an Alojamento Local. At first as a Bed and Breakfast and in the last couple of years as self catering holiday homes.
The estate is the perfect location for a tourist accommodation at a higher level such as a “Turismo em Espaço Rural”, but there are a lot of other possibilities such as for example Multifamily Use or as a Training Center. There is also the possibility to expand, especially when it will be used for tourism.
